Best Anime Villain

Who do you think is the best anime Villain is?

(This can also count as Anti-Hero/Villain, someone who started out as a villain but later joined the hero or started as a hero and become a villain, even if for a very short time.)

my favorite villan would have to be Haku from NARUTO he is the coolest villan EVER

I would say, anime style games count. and another really evil one, Momomi Momoi, from Mezzoforte. This girl is about as evil as they come. Cruel and heartless, she'll kill anything that gets in her way....... or just for fun.

Oh gosh, what about Suigintou? She's evil in my opinion... really evil. She wants to make all the other dolls junk so she can be the best. You have to watch Rozen Maiden to understand.

Yeah.. but Suigintou is not really that evil in my opinion. (Probably because I know worse villains) And she's okay in Rozen Maiden Traumend (but I haven't finished watching that one so it might change)

I haven't finished Traumend yet. Yea, in the first season she's bad...not really so much in 2nd.. as far as I know.

I just don't really know many true anime villains lawl, or I just can't think. Probably both.
