Good News!

I haven't been on AAW for awhile.
Wait a minute, that is not good news. The reason I haven't been on much is the good news. I just got accepted for a new job that I will be starting on 12/3/07. I will be making $14K more at this new job. That is a really good pay raise.

But because of the change of jobs, thingd have been very hectic durring work and after work. Hopefully things will calm down in December and I will be able to post more.

I have two computers running Azureus bittorrent right now. So you should be able to download the amv's a little faster. I'll run both when I can.

If you haven't done it yet, get http://azureus.sourceforge.net/ and download the videos from the bittorrent page, They are a lot of fun.

do you mean old chinese?

kanji is the characters that were taken from chinese writing and applied to japanese words...

Well... if that's kanji, then yes.. But also old Japanese, because this girl will teach me and stuff.. She says she can't speak modern Japanese though..

uhm....... what's the point of knowing old japanese if you can't speak what is spoken now?

I don't think the diferrence is that much, right? Kind of like "olde english"?

not if it's anything like old chinese no.

old chinese is completely different from modern dialects from what i understand. that's why people who speak chinese don't necessarily understand japanese, because japanese is derived from old chinese.
unless i have that completely wrong....

I dunno... It's fun. Besides, I know modern Japanese a little myself, so that won't really be a problem..
