Nice to hear that, Hiki. Just be careful not to overdo it.

JH, I was thinking more like measuring the size of the room, then putting on a coat of paint and measuring it again, subtract the two to get the difference, then figure out how many layers to fill the rest of the distance. That would give you the number of coats, not the volume of paint needed.

Ok, I get it now. I thought you were asking about volume, not number of coats.
Now you got me wondering. I know you won't actually do the multiple coats but we could try something to find out the answer.

Take a small piece of sheetrock, measure it's thickness with a micrometer. Paint ten layers of paint on it (allowing enough time for each layer to dry). And then measure the new thickness.

From there we can calculate the average thickness of a layer and then calculate how many layers it would take to fill the room. :thumb:

I went shopping for a bag with my mum today. We came back with lots of things, but no bag xD In stead of a bag, I got myself a new tablet :D I can't wait to try it out soon <3 Thank goodness my uncle provided me with some funds, because that's why I was able to buy it now 8D I'm so happy~!

And with that said I am pleased to announce that my wrist has stopped hurting (though at night it starts hurting a little because it's tired) :D

11 days 'til we move- hopefully! And, even better, only about a month or so until I can dig out my entire Cardcaptor Sakura, Escaflowne, Kodocha, Slayers, Fruits Basket, and Samurai Champloo collection and watch them all on my eight foot screen!
And then I can hit up my Otaku brother for some new anime to watch!
.....sometimes you have to lose your mind to find it......

Escaflowne, watch Escaflowne................. then get back at your story. Your fans have been waiting (im) patiently for more than a year!!

Speaking of stories, I really need to get more written. I have a bunch worked out in my head, it just takes so long to get it down, and the new house is eating up my time. I just spent three days and two nights there working on the painting and removing the old carpets. I can start to see daylight at the end of the long tunnel I've been painting.

Good thing, I guy I know wanted the old carpet to use in his basement. The stuff isn't worn out, just needs cleaning. He and his boy came Saturday and we loaded the carpet on his trailer, I don't need to cut it up and get a dumpster to haul it away!! The new carpet gets put in starting Tuesday. By next weekend, We should be able to start moving in. Finally! I've been moving my stuff over, but have to store it in the garage and unfinished basement room.

@Dinky - If you don't have "Eden of the East" and can't borrow it from your brother, you can borrow it from me. It is a great series.

@Oldwrench - New houses will do that to you. Mine is now seven years old and it is still sucking up a large chunck of my time.

The new carpet is going in. The installers really know their job, they make it look easy.......... It isn't.

I got the leaks in the shower drain fixed, after much work, and a number of unrepeatable words. My hands are all scratched up from working through the hole in the flooring. Now I just have to fix the holes in the basement ceiling I had to cut to work through.

The new water heater is in here at the Fairfax house. Isn't it typical, you put the house up for sale and the water heater springs a leak.

I'm getting things moved, a box at a time.

Awesome~! iPhones look cool :3 Is it nice? :D

I finally started working on RnT again. I have the first page pretty much finished but I don't like the sketch of the second that much, so I'll prolly change that again xD

I spent a whole hour today playing "Kitty Tap"
At least everything works. My old phone took it's time to turn on GPS, my iPhone does it in less than 10 seconds. O-kun will get one tomorrow. He'll never allow me to have a better phone than his. Good I bought the huge 32 gigabyte version, there is no better iphone right now. We can get even, no more. :thumb: :gg: :pat:
