The house has four bedrooms, three on the ground floor, one in the basement. It has one full bathroom and two three quarter baths. The washer and drier are on the main floor too. There is a two car garage and the basement is mostly finished. there are two gas fire places.

a very large unfinished room in the basement, the furnace, water heater, and water softener are on one side..... This is going to be my room. I know SHE already has plans to take over part of it, but I don't think so......

this is that four season porch, it leads to a deck on the back of the house. The house is on a double lot, so there is lots of land........ too much actually.

good= made it back from Hudson in one piece. There was a coating of ice on everything when we started out this morning. not fun driving at all.
