We didn't get the deal closed on the shop yet........ But Jason did start running the business. Crisis girl's car broke down, and I can't work on it now. I had to help her buy another car. I've been sick for two days and I'm not very good today, and we leave tomorrow for two and a half weeks. I'm going to miss everybody here. If I get a chance, I might make a post from sunny Costa Rica. .......... It was -5 F here this morning and it's supposed to be around 90 F in Costa Rica.

It is supposed to snow here tonight. Snow. On the coast. The entire area is going to shut down completely if we even get a dusting. Weaklings.

We had snow for the last 2 weeks but it's always not more than 5 cm (about 2 inch)

I feel happy for the kids, until 2 years ago no grade schooler had seen snow at home it was something from "Holiday universe", happening only at places far away. Now they can do snow fights, build snowmen, and ruin dad's old sledge (had to look up that word, it's the thing santa uses, just ground based). Remember these things really old thingys made of wood? My dad had one. But that was at least one millenium ago.

I was really suprised by the amount of snow that we got this year. I was even more surprised when I found out that we are actually below our average snowfall for this time of year. We have been so spoilled by the lack of snow from the last few years, that when we get a normal amount it seems like alot.

We did get a dusting (and I mean, seriously a DUSTING) of snow down here... and people got their kids out of bed, and everyone was outside shouting and running around and in general going crazy because it was SNOWING. I was like- move to Minnesota for one winter, people. Then you'd learn to hate the stuff.
