Hm. Perhaps it would be easier to join ranks with McD and Death... they've already accomplished half the work.
...Although I still think I'd like to make my cardio instructors excersize until they die. Fifteen minutes of ab workout after 45 min of cardio and weightlifting??? Are they freaking insane? And EVIL? And way to *bleeping* perky!

Holy dunkin' donuts, Sakura-chan! Did you have a bit too much catnip before going in? Sure, the stuff pumps your energy level up like crazy, but the coming down from it... well, that's like getting a nasty sucker-punch from reality.

Bah just too much caffeine and no dinner. I heared you can actually gain weight by doing sports. Now I follow the Churchill paradigm (no sports!)

It's true- cuz you gain muscle mass AND you eat lots more calories. And you don't burn as many as you eat. I like your theory.
