You think that's really odd and something new???? Hate to break this new to you, love dolls have been around a long time. I remember seeing adds for them when I was just a boy and we snuck a friends dad's porno mags out into the woods. There are plenty of "adult toys" for men, and women. The word Hentai is translated as perverted or perversion, it fits.

Wow! Thats just said... I mean come on, I bet these are the same guys that go play dating sims. This is the real world. Its like...hmm, which is the right word...plus these guys just want sex... Its like, what about just being with the actual person your with and talking to, isn't the time you spend with someone better than just the flat out sex?
