Who do you think is the best anime Villain is?

(This can also count as Anti-Hero/Villain, someone who started out as a villain but later joined the hero or started as a hero and become a villain, even if for a very short time.)

Filled with inner-conflict and emotionally distraught, Haro felt that he/she/it/thing's been living a stupid life as a little girl's floating pink ball thing... until one day when Haro's owner suddenly died in an "Accidentally Deliberate Attack on a Capital Flagship"... Haro... WAS.... FREEEEE!!!!!

*Activate Movie Trailer--GOOOOO!!!!*

[Shows Haro blasting a hundred Mobile Suits with his/her/it/thing's Super Charge Laser Blast of Uber-Destruction and Ridiculously Severe Optical Epileptic Seizures and Bright Bright Bright Scintillating Colors!!!]
[Scene Change to Exterior of a ZAFT PLANT facility. Haro flies towards it until he/she/it/thing becomes too small to detect... and then the PLANT explodes!!!!!!!]
[Scene Change to Interior of the Archangel, for some reason instead of the original cast there's a hundred Ultraman clones shooting funny-cheesy-looking laser pistols before every one of them is vaporized as Haro destroys the ship one deck at a time!!]
[Suddenly the entire scene changes to a game of Pac Man... until Haro bursts out from the center, sending Pac Man and the villainous ghosts flying off-screen!!]

but anyways i love too many evil people to pick a favorite the others would be jalous and when evil people get jalous they kill the person they are jalous at and that would mean one badguy less and i dont think i would survive that I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT EVILNESS evilness and randomness

but if i really had to choose i would choose uhm uhm uhm... gaara no wait gin no no no kanone or hizumi no not hizumi he killed kanone it's to hard to choose so i won't^^

I'd go for Sephiroth... or Kuja... But I dunno... It really is hard to choose

I always preferred the more gentleman-like Villain like Kagato from Tenchi

I don't know about best but one of my favorites is The Laughing Man from Ghost in the Shell. You can't go wrong with a baseball-wearing smiley face!

i hate it when bad guys try to be nice it makes me feel like just kill him already^^ cause i know he's gona do that anyway why would you make him like you if you're going to kill him anyway?
