Wow that's both bad and good news... can you eat them Deers now? Can you? *yummy* :gg:

I will apoligize now for this joke, but what you said reinded me of it.

If hunters wanted to increase the chances of their bullets hitting a deer, they would slow down the bullets to about 60mph (~90Kph) and put headlights on it.

I have been lucky enough not to hit a deer yet. Although I have had to dodge about 5 of them in the 7 years I have lived at my house. That's means a little less then one deer per year.

Haha- that joke is SO true, JH! Except I was going more like 70-75mph. :shy:
We were fully planning on going to pick up the one deer that was in the ditch as soon as I got our truck home, but it was gone by then! Some other lucky person (or the police/DNR) had already picked it up. And the other one was up on the hill in the woods... not sure exactly where so we just left it be!

she hasn't told us how far she had to chase those deer before she got them.

Dinky's coming here with her boy and staying overnight. We also are going to have grandson Keoni here. His house is having some walls torn out for remodeling. They have a rather large project going there. The two boys are fun, they play together pretty well for 4 and 3 year old's.......... but they can be some real imps at times.

Keoni's been pretty good, wears me out though. I forgot how good little boys are at breaking things. Grandpa gets to fix stuff now that my room is coming together.

The grandkids have been here for three days, so much fun, but so tiring. There's a reason we don't have kids when we get older.
