I hope Dinky gets a chance to explain it. They got a nasty appraiser, I think he just wanted to make life difficult for them. The good thing is, with some help from friends and family, they got things done in the one day they had to accomplish it.
Oh, I have to stay at the other house the next two days....... no internet or TV........ Waaaaa!

Yesterday I found out that a check that was suppose to go through my account on Wednesday ended up going through a day early so I overdrew on my checking account. One overdraft fee isn't to bad right? The problem is that the process the withdrawls from most to least. That means that instead of having one overdraft I acumulated four. Three of which had been processed by the bank on Sunday and Monday, but were held in "processing" until I overdrafted and then they "meracuously" cleared on that day. So a was hit with $140 in overdraft fee's on withdrawls of $11.31, $9.91, $8.03, and $6.92. Or $35 for each of those overdrafts. My balance would have handled all of those if it haden't been for the $170 check that went through early.
I called them up to see if I could get some of the fees reversed and ended up having to beg to get even one reversed. I have been a customer with them for 33 years and have not had a over draft with them in about 7 to 10 years. In the past they were alway kind and would reverse a few of the overdrafts, but not now.
As you can guess I no longer plan to bank with them and will be switching to a different bank. The whole thing has just left a sour taste in my mouth.

That's what happens when banks get to big. Maybe the government shouldn't have bailed out the fat cats. Our bank here calls you up if you have an overdraft come in so you can put some money in instead of getting an overdraft fee. That's friendly small town banking.

S---! Yes it's that four letter S word. We just can't seem to get away from it. Yes it's snowing again. At least, they downgraded the forecast from 3 inches to just a slight amount. This is the winter that won't go away......... We've had worse, I just can't remember when.
It always seems to snow on Easter week, no matter how late Easter is.

Snow?!? It's 23°C here and I'm running around the streets in a short skirt (really need to care for my legs today) but I planned swimming in the evening instead.

You are so lucky.
I played volleyball outdoors last night.
It was 37F (2C).
And it was sleeting.
I want my summer NOW!!!
