*Kunikida told them that he knew where Hideki and Rina were so he bacemt he leader of their little group. A little reluctantly Aki agreed leaving, Michael looked relieved and Kimara was her usual peaceful self. They headed to a building and Kunikida knocked. The door was opened by a lovely young woman.*

Kunikida: Hey there, Chisato-san!

Chisato: Kunikida-kun? What are you doing here?

Kunikida: Hideki left with Rina-chan and this would be the place he would most likely go, that's why we're here. *Kunikida gestured to his companions. Chisato wrinkled her nose when she saw Kimara, a small frown marring her face. Kimara saw the look and immediately bowed her head down, embarrassed.*

Chisato: You just missed them. Hideki went to follow that elf girl. *She made the word elf sound vile you'd think it was a cuss word. Kunikida ignored it and instead asked.*

Kunikida: Do you know where they would be?

Chisato: No...but I think they would be near the mall district, I overheard the elf girl speaking with a race of hers that she was going shopping. Hideki presumably followed them.

Kunikida: Oh, thanks Chisato-san. *Kunikida said his goodbye along with the other and they left to follow their friends' trail.*

* Hideki stood in the middle of the mall, looking around. He was a fool to think he could find Rina there among all that people. He sighed and sat by a fountain, wondering what to do and thinking about what Kelly and Chisato had told him just a few minutes ago. He smiled to himself remembering how he called him John, then turned red when he remembered the hugging. He shook his head and stood up quickly. I'll find Rina, even if that means I'll have to check every store in this mall! *

*Rina walk with shouko but silent*

shouko:what do you think of kitsune girl?

Rina:she's alright...

shouko:I heard kitsune race are more strict than ours....and that girl seem to be a good fighter...

Rina:yeah...her magic level is incredible also...shouko,she wouldn't also be targeted would she/...

shouko:I don't know...if she's a threat...but im more suspicious of that tall guy...his been doing weird stuff

Rina:you've been spying on my friends for my dad haven't you

shouko:a bit...

Rina:stop that!!i trust all of them...

shoukoL:where's your braing Ri-chan,you've met them not so long ago what do you know about them!!

Rina:i guess nothing...

*All four of them arrived in the mall, it was bustling with people and Aki, Kimara, Michael and Kunikida looked right and left.*

Aki: How are we supposed to find them with a crowd this huge!?

*Kimara continued to peer, maybe with luck she would see them.*

Kunikida: I don't know actually...we never thought about the mall crowd.

Aki: Why don't we start with the clothing store? Surely Rina-chan should be in one of them...

Kimara: But Aki-chan, there are like twenty-five clothing stores in this mall...and they're distributed in the five floors. I don't think we can find them that way.

Aki: You're right...*Aki sighed as everyone tried to think of what to do to find their MIA friends. Then Aki got an idea.* Ne, Kunikida-sempai!

*Kunikida regarded the kitsune curiously.*

Kunikida: What is it?

Aki: Do you have anything of Tsuchimi-sempai's?

*Kunikida thought about it while he patted his pockets. Kunikida's eyes widened when he withdrew a pen from his pocket. He gave it to Aki.*

Kinukida: That's Hideki's he lent it to me this morning.

Aki: Thank you, come on let's go to a spot where there aren't so many people.

*They followed Aki to a weirly empty spot near the exit. Aki fished out a leaf and used it like a whistle. Kimara smiled as she remembered the first time Aki used it. And like before a tanuki came barreling towards them. It stopped just in front of Aki. Michael looked shocked and Kunikida stared at it with bugged eyes.*

Kunikida: What the heck is that?!?!?!

*Aki petted the tanuki.*

Aki: This is Miro, he's a tanuki and he's the best tracker you'll ever get. *She gave the pen to Miro and told the tanuki they were searching Hideki. Miro closed his eyes then his ears perked up. and he pointed to a direction. Aki grinned.* Well done Miro! That was a fast one. *She patted him again and turned to her friends.*

Kimara: Tsuchimi-sempai is at the second floor, right?

Aki: Yea, hopefully he's with Rina-chan. *She turned back to Miro and told him he could go now and thanked him. The tanuki saluted before barreling away from them and disappearing.* Let's go.

*They all followed Aki up the escalator.*

Kunikida: What was that earlier Aki-chan?

Aki: What was what?

Kunikida: That thing that looked like a huge raccon...

*They reached the top and stepped of the escalator.*

Aki: I told you, he's a tanuki and his name's Miro. He's a tracker and potion maker, he lives anywhere and come when I use the leaf whistle. I got the leaf whistle when I was five.

Kunikida: Is that some kind of spell too?

Aki: Actually no, anyone can use it...though the tanuki that the leaf whistle calls can sometimes be annoying so you have to tame them with magic.

*Kunikida nodded, what a weird thing that Miro was. Kimara started to look for anyone that resembled Hideki or Rina.*

Mike: I believe that Hideki is sitting right over there, by the fountain, but I don't see Rina with him...... I don't see her anywhere around us.

*Mike was glad he had a height advantage now, he could see over the heads of the crowd. And he was sure Rina would be able to see him in any crowd.*

*Mike was very glad to see Hideki, it was one less friend to worry about. But where was Rina? How could they hope to keep their friend safe if she kept running off alone like that? And how could Hideki have left her alone in a place like this. This place was a security nightmare. Mike wished he had his tactical information system, with its heads up displays and multiple sensors. It would be nice to have a weapon too, Like the new AR25, no, 1000 rounds per minute in this crowd would be definite overkill........ any collateral damage would be unacceptable. but a sidearm would be comforting.*

*Mike was ready to tear into Hideki, but Hideki told him that Rina and Shouko had gone off before he could stop them. He didn't know where they were. Mike was partly relieved, at least the magic girl Shouko was with Rina. Now to find the two.*

Mike: I'll find them. *Mike walked up to the edge of the balcony and looked up at the five levels. Then in a booming voice that echoed through the levels, Mike shouted.* RINA....... We're on the second level. Come out where we can see you.

*People stopped in their tracks, the girls covered their ears and Hideki looked at Mike, shocked. People were looking over the railings to see who was making all the racket.*

Kunikida, laughing: Well, that's one way to find them.

*Mike spotted Shouko peering over a railing.*

Mike: There, it's that elf girl.....

Shouko, looked down at Mike: Hey RiRi........ It's that big blond guy. *Shouko waved at Mike.*

*When shouko turn to look at Rina,she found herself surprised to see her cousin be grabbed by the neck trying to breathe,Rina had both of her hands on the arms trying to break free of the large tall man,his bigger than michael!!.*

Shouko:Let my cousin go!!!!

????:know your place creature...i have no interest in you

*Rina shut her eyes closed,she felt scared she realized that they were not much people passing to where they are and many couldn't see them because of the large Group of men surrounding them.She sensed terrible aura from this man,he smell death.she felt sickhideki!!!hideki!!!hideki!!!!.she was thrown to the group of men who caught her,she look up to see shouko charging forward with incredible speed the man had grabbed her wrist just in time after shouko had remove her hidden dagger.she found her cousin hand being crushed by the man's huge hand,she could see shouko in pain,shouko whispered the man's hand began to burn over shouko's skin,he remove it and smile at shouko as she step backwards.The two began to engage in a small fight but Rina knew who the rina is right away,shouko could not use her magic much due to be in a public place,the man had more advantage but for a human,no he can't be a humanshouko lay in the corner,her face slightly bruised her arm seem to be twisted,Rina broke free from the grip,she stood between the man and her cousin,she received the kick intended for her cousin,the man stood in shock for a minute *

???:such speed you came unnoticed.....but i see that you are a weakling like the others half creatures...i will end your life now...*The group of men had scared people out of the mall saying theirs a bomb leaving their floor empty*

Rinai can't do anything!!!...sempai!!!sempai!!!!:HIDEKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!

*Rina was about to be hurt when a flaming arrow whizzed over, effectively hitting the men holding Rina. The man screamed in pain as the arrow ripped skin and burned the muscle. Rina fell down on the floor, breathing hard.*

Aki: FOX FIRE!

*A bright blue flame barreled towards the remaining men. The men backed away, leaving Rina on the floor. Aki stood right in front of Rina. The group of men glared at the little kitsune.*

???: You little brat! You'll pay for that! We'll kill you too...

Aki: Don't think so...*Aki grinned evilly as she gestured behind the men. The group turned and saw Rina's other friends approaching, all of them wearing death glares.* You shouldn't have tried to hurt Rina-chan.

*Kimara had rushed towards them inquiring over Rina's health and Shouko's hand. Michael and Hideki looked as if they were ready to kill, even Kunikida looked like he wanted to fight.*

Aki: We all promised to protect her...and it's not very smart to cross us.

*Aki walked closer to the huddling men, vaguely noticing the flaming arrow by the side. Whoever fired it gave her enough time to reach Rina.*

* Hideki walked up to the one that seemed to lead the group. He looked up to him while clenching his fists. *

Hideki: What's your name?

???: Kaine, not that it matters to you.

Hideki: Kaine, eh?

* Hideki lunged forwards suddenly and gave Kaine a roundhouse kick to his side, throwing him towards a couple of his men. *

Hideki: Tsuchimi "Ground Master" Hideki. Remember my name, so you can say in hell who sent you.

* Hideki lunged towards Kaine again, but his men blocked. Hideki set himself in the ground taking an aggressive stance for counterattacks. As Kain's men attacked him he easily deflected their attacks counterattacking or using their own strength to bring them down. Sounds of bones snapping made the ones left standing back off, Hideki had just broke the arms of three of the attackers. Kaine stood watching Hideki fight. *

Kaine: Impressive. I never thought I would find another SPARTAN here...

???: Sir?

Kaine: We'll have to retreat for now, boys!

Hideki: Oh, no you don't!

* Hideki tried to go after him but more of his men got in the way. More snapping sounds and yelling ensued, but the amount of people attacking him didn't allowed him to advance. *

*Rina look at her friends surprised,Kimara worries voice hung in her ears,she look at hideki Turning quickly to her cousin*

Rina:shouko!!!!shouko!!!

*shouko smile at Rina,*

shouko:sorry,Riri i could never be good at saving anyone

Rina:you idiot!!!how could you not use your magic!!!

shouko:hmpf...someone told me that magic should be fought with magic and close combat agaist close combat.....thats the way fairness is...

Rina:Idiot!!you were never good in close combat,don't go listening to me now...

*Kimara had puts some pills into shouko's mouth,lil by lil she gained some strenght,not too long were they surrounded by a group of elves,a woman wearing a black skirt and white shirt looking like a bussiness woman came to Rina and slap her,Rina smile at her*

Rina:Aunt Asane

Asane:Don't you dare call me aunt!!!stay away from my daughter you dirty blood....take my daughter out of here now...

*Asane ordered,Rina gave a waning look at her friends not to get involve,they all watch as elves left with shouko*

Rina*smiles*:Thanks guys,....it's been a long day maybe we should call it a day
