She did do a happy dance, it was in the mid 70's F when they got here. They left the windows open last night and when they woke this morning it was in the mid 50's..... when she got up she nearly froze her **** off. Welcome home Dinky, we missed you.

Took Dinky and her boy Koen to the Pioneer Power show today. Three y ear old Koen really liked the antique trucks and tractors. There are hundreds on display, and a two hour parade of the old equipment. In a couple years, he'll enjoy it a lot more. Grandpa likes it plenty too.

- Koen checking out an old fire truck, he honked the horn and scared himself.

He's a male, ofcorse he loves all the "toys". The bigger the better. Would you rather play with a 6 inch tractor or a 16 foot tractor?

It's the Labor day holiday weekend here, and extra day off of work............ sort of. She has plenty of "labor" lined up for me.

I went to the Minnesota State Fair on Labor day. I brought about $30 for food, I left with $1.
The best deal was all the milk you could drink for $1. I downed about 1/2 gallon in about 10 minutes.

Haven't been to the fair in years. I spent my weekend doing an archeological dig, our basement storage room. Found one of our old tasters. I think we bought it at an auction once. It was made in 1939, and it still works.
I found about ten old IBM keyboards I picked up at an auction. A whole bunch of other stuff, some going back to when I was a schoolboy, like my box of radio vacuum tubes. I still have a ways to go. I houled out one pickup truck load of stuff.
Good thing, maybe I can sell some of this old stuff on ebay. Anyone need a few boxes of 5 1/4 floppy disks?

I could use some of those floppies to fix a couple wobbly chairs and tables i have around. I think the carpenter was drunk when he made those things :s
