Journey to Erehwon The game begins

*Rune watches as Chichi floats towards the hole after the rabbit along with the Tim and Merewen who were on all fours crawling in. She follows them but turns around before going in.*

Rune,to Loki: Can't you change into something smaller so you can fit the hole?

[Zeratul2k]

Loki: But of course!

* Loki clears his throat before shapeshifting into a jackalope. *

Loki: And now I blend in well with the crowd!

[Hiki]

Merenwen: Thanks, mate. How are you going?

Rabbit: She's apples!

Merenwen: Sorry about falling on your antlers.

Rabbit: Doesn't matter. T'was just a prang.

Merenwen: Don't come the raw prawn! It was serious!

Rabbit: Don't be an Alf.

Merenwen: Exsqueeze me? I'm not an Alf! You're a dongo!

Rabbit: I'm not a dongo! You're a drongo!

Merenwen: Gummy!

Rabbit: Dill!

*As the rabbit and Merenwen continued to argue in Australian English, the others just crawled on.*

*Tim was ever so glad that Rune had brought his glasses. He thanked the strange rabbit, and popped his head up out of the tunnel. Things didn't seem to bad. Well, maybe a little. Bruce was wrapped in the vines, and Zwerver was using some kind of mechanism to cut at them. The vines were growing toward them very fast. Emiko was looking through one of the magic books, and trying to find the right magic spell. Faelyn was standing on top of Clyde, glowing blue and sending bolts of light at the vines that seemed to slow them, but only for moments. Clyde was happily munching the vines while Morphin stayed behind him. The trap door hole was surrounded by the vines, and Tim wondered if they would be able to get Loki out. He had some hatchets in the cart, maybe they could turn back the vines. Tim climbed out and reached back to help Rune, he didn't see Merenwen yet.

Tim: We have some hatchets in the cart, we need to get them and cut back the vines so we can pull Lok............ Oh, maybe we don't.

*A Rabbit, that bore a resemblance to Loki climbed out of the hole. Now they could help out Bruce, and it seemed the vines had Zwerver by the ankles too.*

Tim: We'll help you, Just give me a minute to find the hatchets.

Morphin: How can you eat that stuff?

Clyde: Mmmm, actually, it tastes pretty good. Seems to be trying to keep away from me now though.

*Tim digs through the cart for the hatchets when he he hears a rustling in the woods, and heavy sounding footsteps. A blood curdling screech echoes through the woods, Tim spins around and sees a giant, hairy, spider crawling out of the woods. Looks like the plants aren't the only thing to fear in these woods.*

[Freya]

*Emiko swirls around, spots the spider and screams bloody murder. As she's screaming a vine whips her to the ground and begins to drag her away. Emiko swears at it and grabs at the sword. She hacks straight through the vine and the remaining part falls from her leg. Emiko picks herself up and brushes herself off*

Emiko: Well that was rather rude!

*Emiko looks up and sees the vines entangling Bruce. She walks over and hacks them off him then hands him the sword*

Emiko: Here, you have to protect yourself before you can protect others.

*Emiko turns to walk away from Bruce but comes face to face with the spider's fangs*

Emiko: KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!

[Kira]

*Bruce griping the sword reaches around for Emiko, pushes her to the side, away from the fang of the Spider, in the same instance, the spider mouth comes crashing down on sword that is now in Bruce's hand. He pushes the Spider back and dislodges the sword from the Spider's Mouth, He makes a quick swing, lopping off the Spider's Head. He turns back and reaches down for Emiko Hands.

Bruce: Sorry...You All right?

[Freya]

*In shock, Emiko takes Bruce's hand and lets him help her up*

Emiko: ye-yeah thanks....

*Emiko takes a few shaky steps then turns and kicks the spider's head like a soccer ball deep into the forest*

Emiko: I HATE SPIDERS!!!!

[Hiki]

*Merenwen finally crawled out the hole and gets the dust off her clothes.*

Merenwen: My thoughts exactly.

[Freya]

*Cross, Emiko frowns*

Emiko: Are there any OTHER fanciful creatures we should know about before we collect our peace of mind?!?!

[Kira]

*Bruce looks down at the blade, is a little awe with himself, he thinks of sheathing it, but decides against it*

Bruce: Well now that I have the sword, I'll stick close to whom ever decides to start leading us again. Just in case of any more surprises.
