A weird burger I saw yesterday (but didn't dare to try... wonder how it tastes). It goes kind of like this:
Hamburger and buns (duh!), suero (a kind of sour cream very popular in the atlantic coast of Colombia), green plantain chips and coastal cheese (a very salty, hard and dry cheese produced locally).
I don't think those ingredients really match each other, but there must be some people that like it, since the burger in question is offered by a pretty big burger chain (El Corral, best burgers you can find in Colombia. Their biggest burger has a full pound of coal-cooked meat, really, really good, but you won't want to eat anything else for a few days).
So, Lone Star, now you see that evil will always triumph... because good is DUMB!
