Agito, if you need a good program for art, but don't have the bucks for photoshop, try GIMP. Its a free photo and illustrating program that does a lot of what photoshop does.

No you misunderstood me Oldwrench, I just want to know what they are using. I use, and love, GIMP whenever working on photos (coloring, making wallpapers,avatars/sigs, ect...) but from what they've posted it dosn't look like either Hiki nor Jhawk use it. Hiki looks like photoshop (I think) but I don't know about Jhawk.

Hiki is using Coral Photoshop Pro.
I am using.... MSPaint. Ya, I suck.

Yep, that's what I'm using Also, I'm sure you can make lot's of pretty pictures with paint too!

oooooh! Very pretty!!! I love it!! 
I'm nearly done with mine too (I only need to fix some shadows on their hair..). I still have to draw the ribbon, though... I'll leave that out until the very end I think....
