Journey to Erehwon The game begins

*chin walking saw a ribbon shop,eyes sparkle as she look from the outside both her hands on the window*

Chin:so cute!!it has Dolphins on it!!!*she admire the blue dolphin ribbon*Never seen one th.....NOT CHEAP!!!!

*she sigh and stood straight,before pouting.she stick out her tongue and walk away a few inches away from the shop.she sat on the bench with her hands on her knees and watch the Blue ribbon sulkily.too bad it's pretty,what shall i buy the others now?? got a book of spells for emiko,stake for morphin and a few grass for clyde,a book for tim on how to be quiet for 5 minutes wat else is there

*Rune walked towards her companions when a pretty cloak caught her attention.*

Rune: Ohhh...

Chichi: What is it...

Rune: Look at it! *Rune excitedly pointed at the cloth.* It's so PRETTY!

*The cloak would reach her knees, it was pretty earthy color and it had trimmings at the bottom. The clasp holding it close was a lovely amber rock like the one on her gift on much bigger and it was enclosed in a thin silver case. Rune approached it and asked if she could try it on.*

Old Lady: It's a lovely material dear! And it suits you.

Rune: Really...*Rune twirled around admiring the cloak*

Old Lady: Why yes dear! And since it seems that it was made for you why not a discount, 300 quid!

Rune: I'll take it!

Chichi: Rune, isn't that kind of expensive?

*The woman squeaked when she saw Chichi but Rune explained it in record time how Chichi was no threat to them.*

Rune: But...it's so pretty and it looks good on me, the old lady said so!

Chichi: But to be paying 300 quid for a cloak?

Old Lady, sighing: I suppose the...uh, spirit is right. How about 200 quid? It's as low as it'll get.

Rune: I'll absolutely take! Really! *Rune paid for the cloak, happily while Chichi sighed behind her.* Thank you!

Old Lady: You're welcome, come back again!

Rune: Surely!

*Rune walked examining the other stalls when she saw Chin sulking on a bench.*

Rune: Hey there Chin, what's wrong?

[Raine]

*she jumped at the sound of rune's voice*huh??oh nothing*she smiles at rune*but i am finding it hard to buy everyone a gift

[oldwrench]

*Faelyn, watched Tim taste all the samples and buy so much candy and pastries.*

Faelyn: Good grief, how can you eat all that. You just ate enough to feed a whole army. What are you, the magic stomach or something.

Tim: Oh, hi Faelyn, um, no, I just always ate a lot. My mom said it was cause I'm still growing, but I just never seem to grow anymore. I just thought that everyone might like some of these.

*Faelyn looks at the cart full of items Tim had purchased for the group.*

Faelyn: You're a regular Santa Claus, aren't you.

Tim: You mean I'm like my cat? She use to like to dig along the beach, thats why we called her sandy claws.

Faelyn: No, dummy, Santa Claus, he give presents to all the good kids on Christmas.

Tim: Oh, .......is that good? What are presents?

Faelyn, shakes her head: Presents....gifts you give someone.......... *Tim looks blank*....... Things you give them for free.

Tim: Oh, um, where I come from, I guess we don't have a Santa. I never heard of anyone giving presents. You always had to work for anything, sometimes it was really hard. I thought that since you are all helping me find Erehwon, that this was just............... *Smiles and hands Faelyn a piece of very good dark chocolate.* Hey, this "presents" thing sounds like fun. If I could find a present for you, I'd give you the best magic, so you could fly, and do all the nice things you want to.

*Tim hurries off with a new idea, presents.*

*Rune smiled at Chin*

Rune: That shouldn't trouble you so much, I bet everyone would be happy just because you remembered to buy them a gift. *Rune's gaze shifted towards the window where a lovely blue ribbon with dolphin patterns.* Wow, that looks so lovely...*Rune wanders inside leaving Chichi to sigh beside Chin.*

Chichi: It's a wonder we still have money...

*Rune walks out of the shop with a small brown paper bag*

Rune: The nice old man inside gave me a discount Chichi!*She turns Chin and hands her the paper bag containing the ribbon* Here you go! I'll bet it'll look great on you.

[oldwrench]

*Faelyn sat down, a dejected look on her face.*

Faelyn: Right, if only you could, it'll never happen though. I just mess up any magic I try. Hmph, they think I made a zombie, I can't even make a decent blanket. I'll never be worth anything.

*The small woman who runs the booth sits down by Faelyn.*

Woman: It's really hard on a person, when their magic just won't behave, I know.......... You're still very young, your magic still has to mature. I can see that there is very strong magic in you, someday you will be the most magical of fairies.

*Faelyn looks up at the woman, she notices her bright green eyes and red hair, but mostly her pointed ears.*

Faelyn: You're a pixie, aren't you.

Woman: Yes dear, that's why I understand your magic, why I can see it in you. *smiles* You will find yourself, and the power you posses. It will just take time. *She reaches out and hands Faelyn a tiny locket, with a clear crystal inside.* We women have handed this down for many generations, to the one who will someday need it. It has told me that you are that one, and someday, you will find the next one who will need it.

Faelyn: But...... but what is it? What do I need it for? When will I need it? How will I know who to give it to.......... Crap, I'm starting to sound like Tim.....

Woman: I don't know what you will need it for, but when the time comes you will know, and it will give you something that you truly need. Then someday, you will know the next one, when you meet her. Take care child, for if you are truly journeying to Erehwon, many difficulties and dangers lie ahead for you.

*Faelyn gives the pixie woman a tiny fairy hug.*

Faelyn: Thank you, I feel much better now. I'll try my very hard to learn my magic. Someday I will be the best.

*Rune sees Tim running around buying all kinds of things.*

Chichi: I wonder where that kid got all the money?

Rune: Yea, he must be pretty rich to be buying those things. *Rune looks around for a gift for Tim, Emiko and Faelyn.* Let see...*Rune purchases a book about summoning for Emiko and goes to the next stall and sees a couple of really tiny barrettes.* These look good, I'll think I'll buy them for Faelyn. What do you think Chichi?

Chichi: She'll like them.

Rune: Okay! I'll take them please. *Rune pays the young woman minding the stall and goes of in search for a gift for her overly curious friend.*

Rune: Hmmm, what do you think would be nice for Tim?

Chichi: How something to eat? Like some sweets and pastries...

Rune: But he bought a lot of those already.

*Chichi floats around and looks for a present and spots something.* Chichi: What about that one...*Rune follows Chichi's pointing and sees a couple of music pieces for a lute.*

Rune: That's perfect! Um, excuse me how much for those musical pieces? *The old man minding the stall looks up at Rune and smiles.*

Old Man, pointing at the three musical pieces: That's 50 quid each piece, young miss.

Rune I'll take it! It's perfect for Tim, since he can play a lute. *Rune pays the old man and walks away.*

Chichi: You finish shopping Rune? Rune?

*Chichi looks around to find that Rune had disappeared. After a couple of minutes of searching Chichi found Rune smiling at him hold something.*

Rune: Here, I know you're a spirit and all and you don't really need material things but I got this for you. After all I am buying gifts for my friends. *Rune puts on a small keychain on Chichi's tail.*

Chichi, smiling shyly: Thanks...

Rune: You're welcome! I also bought something for Morphin and Clyde. *Rune takes out the ornate brush with tiny sparkling rocks embedded on the top* This is for Morphin, I'll bet Chin would love to brush Morphin white fur. *And then she take out something like shoes for hooves.* This is for Clyde. The shopkeeper said it'll help relive pain for Clyde's feet since we seem like we're going to travel a lot.

Chichi: So let's go gather up our travel buddies?

Rune: Lets.

[Raine]

*Chin could'nt express her feelings as Rune had already walked away,she wanted to jump in joy which she did.she quicklytied her hair with the ribbon and made a twirl*

Chin:pretty!!!*she sees Rune coming out of the shops
,She runs to her*Rune!!!Rune!!!It's nothing much but here*she opens her hand wide open to reveal a white feather*it will help you in the future*she gives it to Rune and runs ahead happily*

*Morphin lying on her front watch as a Chin comes running to him,seems something happen?*Sniff....sniff*Morphin's eyes pops out as he gets up wagging his tail with his tongue out.shin stop and look at him*

Chin:Oh i wanted to surprise you!!!oh well do the puppy eyes come on now do it

Morphin:.....i rather Starve

Chin:ok.*she sat next to him taking the steak waving it around*

*Morphin place his head on chin lap and made a sad puppy eyes*

Chin:Youyr so cute!!!here!!For a wolf you can pass for a dog

*Faelyn looks over the nice things at the music instrument booth, and sighs.*

Faelyn: I don't have any money to get presents for anyone. *She jumps when she hears a voice behind her.*

Tim: Don't worry, Faelyn, just being our friend is the best gift................ Oh my, look at this, it's so beautiful. *Tim is staring at a lovely guitar. It's bigger than his lute, and so beautifully inlaid and decorated. He reached out and gently touched it.* Can I try playing it?

Proprietor: Certainly, young man. Do you play an instrument?

Tim: I play a lute, it's very old. *Tims fingers pluck notes from the guitar.* This is a bit different to play.

Proprietor: Yes, the fingering is quite different, you would need lessons to be able to play..............

*Tim is playing a sweet, haunting melody, and in moments is filling in cords of the lovely music. Tim never though about it, but he could always play any musical instrument within moments of trying it. Soon the villagers had all stopped what they were doing, mesmerized by Tims playing, even those hiding indoors, came out, drawn by the melody. This had always happened, every time Tim played. That's why, in his home town, they had told him he should never play, it disrupted thier work.*

Tim smiled and began to sing:

*Tim looks up and notices Rune, in the middle of the town square, her eyes closed and her arms outstretched, slowly turning as she swayed with the music.*

*A column of water rises from the well in the center of the square, swaying along with rune.*

*The water column has formed a perfect copy of the angel, Rune, only with beautiful wings. It is turning and swaying, a perfect mirror of the young angel.*

*Tim smiles as the music ends. The column of water slides back into the well, and Rune stops her dance and opens her eyes, she looks around at the people staring at her, and blushes.*

Little boy she had met: That was totally awesome!

Tim: Wow!!! Rune must really like music......... Now I know what I can give her.

[Raine]

*Chin look at Rune she sigh*

Morphin:is there something you hate about that girl???

Chin:No..i want to see it...i want to see her have her wings

Morphin:may i ask why?

*Stands up and smiles down at the wolf*

Chin:cos she will be great!!!and i want to see her Fly up not down
