Yes, Dinky did actually knock him down in high school. By the time she was in seventh grade, the older boys learned not to mess with her. Her teacher had to talk to me about her beating up on the boys, and they were all bigger than her. She was always the smallest in her class in grade school.

The tall one was never the best athlete. He was into more interesting things, like potato cannons, or shooting arrows straight up and trying to catch them on a board. Now he has his own video and photography business, and teaches video at two colleges.
