That is entirely possible. I usually don't ask the cosplayers who they are cosplaying.
I rarely see any xxxHolic cosplayers, so it is probably more likely that it is Lulu.

Your 'Yukko from xxxholics I believe' really is Lulu of FF-X. Her trademark are the countless belts to keep her dress together.
