Sorry about the stress, but really, it may seem hard right now, but don't let it get you totally down. Think of stress as a waste of life. Each time you are stressful, change it to happiness! It may seem that it's impossible to be happy right now (or stress free), but just try to change your way of thinking. It helps...really. I hope it does for others, or am I just weird? Lol.
