Ah, that's who I was forgetting! Urahara! I cosplayed as him for a convention a couple months back.

Uruhara... the one with the hat right? he's cool as well and the cat is cool as well... you know what, I'll just stick with: everyone except for Gin, 4th captain dude and blindypants is cool (when it comes to the Soul Society).

aww but Tosen (the "blindypants") is only on the evil side because that is the path he feels will create the least amount of problems. So I don't think he is really evil, or at least his intentions arn't evil.

well... yeah, but you have to overcome problems, right? so I don't like him. Besides, his atack is evil!! (just like Rukia's brother's attack... I'm really bad with names)
