*Emiko's frown deepens to a near scowl*

Emiko: Besides disgustingly arrogant? no.

Loki: Oh, me! I can't believe they don't teach you kids about us, how irresponsible of your parents!

* Loki stands on a nearby stone and announces loudly. *

Loki: I, ladies and gentlemen, am a god.

*Emiko's frown turns to a scowl before she bursts out laughing. When she recovers she glares at him*

Emiko: Care to prove that buddy?

* Loki's hair turns blond as he gets down from the stone. *

Loki: Ah, well... bah! I don't need to prove myself to you, mortal! You just need to know who I am, so you can worship me!

*Emiko marches up to him and practically spits in his face*

Emiko: I'd like to see ANY man who can make me bow down to him!

*Emiko flips Loki an obscene gesture*

* Loki steps back. *

Loki: How rude!

* He recovers and steps ahead again. *

Loki: What's your name, mortal female?

*Emiko had been walking away but turns on her heel and gives him a sneer*

Emiko: You're a god! Don't you know?!

*Emiko turns and stalks back to the fire and mumbles some words and watches as the fire hisses and spits like a mad cobra*

* Loki's hair and eyes turn red as he points at Emiko. *

Loki: I will remember this insult, mortal!

* Loki regains his composure and whispers to himself. *

Loki: Oh, yes... remember it, I will...

*Emiko flicks her hand and a tongue of fire lashes out at Loki. Emiko speaks to him without turning around*

Emiko: I may be mortal, but don't you dare underestimate me! Plenty of gods have fallen before, maybe you should shorten your high pedestal so your landing won't be so hard!

*Emiko walks off to the tent and changes into a black silk nightgown. She crawls into her sleeping bag and reads one of her Wiccan books on spells*

* Loki extends a hand towards the incoming fire, catching it and turning it into a neat sphere. *

Loki: Man, I hate PMS-ing witches...
