*Aki had woken up late.* Damn nice dream... *She had finished her morning habit in record time and was out the door with a piece of toast in her mouth. She chewed her meager food and swallowed just as she reached the school gates. At least the bell hadn't rung yet.*

Aki: Mou... *She looked around for anyone she knew. She had spotted Hideki first, talking to a young elf. Or maybe she was old, Aki wasn't sure but she passed by him. A few meters behind Hideki and the elf girl were Rina and Kimara. She waved at them.*

Aki: Rina-chan! Kimara-chan! Ohayou!!! *She stopped beside them, catching her breath as she smoother her hair and skirt. She turned to Rina.* Hey that elf with Tsuchimi-sempai, do you know her?

Shouko:hmm grade school?im 19 years old..im in college....*laughs*you actually believe i was 200 years old!!!

*Rina looks at Aki and smile*
Rina:she's 19 years old....she's my cousin Akiyama Shouko

* runs to hideki and shouko*

Rina:Shouko-san,what are you doing here!!!

*Shouko jump happily and hug Rina*

Shouko;Riri-chan!!!i overhead my mum saying your here so i ran to see you this morning but Aunt kisane told me you were at school...since you forgot your bento i offered to bring it you aren't i nice??*she fllashed a smile*

Rina:....Arigatou...i'll escort you out..*she turns to see hideki,feeling embarass she bows*Thank you for helping my cousin sempai....

*The two walk out of the grounds,they both were smiling until they reach outside,Rina's face became serious so did shouko*

Shouko:Riri...im worried about you here i don't like this place why didn't you come to the elves Gakkou?

Rina:what's the use of going there...you know very well they won't accept me...and im happy here....

Shouko:Well take care of yourselves with that hideki boy he seems kind but his family however is in trouble....

Rina:what do you mean??

shouko:nothing that concerns you...*she place her hands in her pocket and walks away slowly waving one hand*

shouko:next time we meet Riri...will be enemies....Don't disapoint me...

*Rina sigh placing her bento in her bag walks inside,with one hand holding a blue pendant that rested arund her neck*

Rina:enemies huh?for some reason shouko....we had always been enemies...the moment we became friends you despise me didnt you?....

*Rina had pass hideki,deep in thought she hadnt seen him but bump into kimara*

Rina:Ah gomen!!

*Hesitantly, Mike followed Minoru. Was the elf the outsice attack his orders warned of....... Not likely, if it was The boy she was after , she could have harmed him before he knew it. She didn't seem to have any type of weapon, just a bento box..... Wait the box could be........... Mike turned at the door, and saw the elf handing the box to Rina.*

Mike: Ah, the elf had said it was for Riri....... Rina, I thought I could feel that she wasn't all human, she must be at least part elf.

*Mike hesitated a bit longer when he saw Aki with them.*

Mike: And what are you then, pretty Aki? Certainly not elf, but more than just a human. I have to hurry back.

* Hideki wanted to say something to Rina when she walked next to him but she just kept walking ahead until she bumped into Kimara. Hideki frowned and decided to just look for his brother again. Meanwhile, Kunikida walked up to the girls. *

Kunikida: Hey girls, how-s it going?

*Mike thanked the teacher for his help and quickly dropped off his papers at the office. Mike wanted to get back outside and look for Aki and the others, it would be nice to be with someone who was, at least, not a complete stranger.*

*Mike stepped outside, more aware of the stares from many of the rapidly increasing numbers of students. He had never felt so self conscious of his size as he did here among students his own age. Mike desperately wished he was more normal size. Looking across the yard at the girls, Mike almost ran into Hideki.*

Mike: Oh, sorry, I should be looking where I'm going. I hope I didn't disturb anything important before, ah, by taking the sensei away............. Umm, is your shoulder alright?

* Hideki looked at him, not recognizing at first, since he didn't took a good look before. *

Hideki: Aaah, yeah, it's no big deal... oh, and thanks for making Minoru walk away, he can be a real ass sometimes... anyway, I need to ask him something, do you know where he went to?

Mike: The sensei?.... he went to the faculty room. Oh, I'm Mike, I'm a second year transfer. I met those girls yesterday at a shop in town, I was going to go say hello...... See you around.

*In a few strides, trying his best to seem casual, Mike was looking down at the small group.*

Mike: Hello Kimara, Rina...... Good morning Aki. *Mike again felt his pulse speed up when he looked down at the small girl with the crimson eyes.* *Mike looked at Kunikida.* Hi, I'm Mike, I'm a second year, just got here today.

Kunikida: Second year? What class? I'm in 2B. Oh, by the way, I'm Matsumoto Kunikida, but you can call me Kunikida, I don't like my family name.

* Kunikida laughed silly. Meanwhile, in the faculty room, Hideki found Minoru and dragged him towards the roof. *

Minoru: Man, what's your problem?

Hideki: I want to know if you or anyone from the family did anything to Rina's family.

Minoru: What? Why do you want to know that?

* Hideki walked up to him, looking dead serious. *

Hideki: I just need to.

Minoru: ... I can only speak for myself... I haven't done or said anything to her or her family. You should ask dad, though.

Hideki: Oh, I will...

Mike: Great, I'm 2b too. So, we'll have classes together. My name is Tanaka Micheal. *Mike see's Kunikida's eyebrows go up at the Japanese surname.* I was, ah, kinda adopted. I grew up, uh, mostly in Osaka, at the military base.

Kunikida: Oh, I see. Yeah, I thought it was weird, you don't look japanese but you don't have foreign accent. Oh, now I remember! I was going to tell everyone about a club I want you all to join!

* Kunikida smiled amply while talking, hoping for one of them to be interested. meanwhile, on the roof, Hideki turned to leave but Minoru stopped him. *

Minoru: Hideki, I don't know what's going through your mind right now but I warn you, don't keep doing this. Dad won't forgive you.

Hideki: You know I never thought like him... there is no war, there is no reason to train like we do except for self-defense, we shouldn't--

Minoru: Shut up! You don't know $h17 of what he had to go through!

Hideki: And you do!? Minoru, listen to yourself, you weren't even there! It was 30 years ago, for Pete's sake!

Minoru: ... I'm warning you, Hideki, you don't want your own family as enemies.

* Hideki just turned around and left towards his classroom, wondering about what his brother had told him. *
