If you are asking me where they came from, I have no idea. Most of them just come from various artists, from different anime picture sites. I started collecting way back when you found them on news groups.

I did just find a folder of some artists work that was all cute cats, now where did I put that????

Ok, took a bit but I found it. It's art by [pixiv] 40Hara. I separated out the kitty picts, he also does some other nice work, but much of it is fan service.

His title for this is "My Cat is a Kawaii Girl".
