I got the stomach flu on Friday. I was very sick all weekend.
On the plus side, I lost 8lbs (3.6kg) in 3 days. Although not a way I ever want to lose weight again.

Oooo, that really is unfortunate JH. No, that isn't a good way to lose weight. Hope you are feeling better, sometimes that just lingers for a long time.

Sakura, Dinky's demon spawn is definitely human, and cute as heck. Grandma and I just spent the day babysitting him. He's actually a very nice mild mannered boy, but those baby teeth really are sharp. He thinks grandpa's fingers are just right to bite on.

Tried to write a bit for Oil and Water today, and wrote.... one sentence. This writer's block is killing me!!

I'll have to clean up after the chaos of tomorrow. (see good things thread)

went from summer, 60 degrees f at midnight, to winter, 28f and windy right now. People camping out at the doors to the big stores, waiting for the "Black Friday" sales are going to get really cold. They have a break though this year, a lot of the stores are opening at midnight instead of the 5am they use to open at for the sales. Some stores even opened this afternoon and evening, each trying to beat the other to the customers.

She has some good ideas, just not the words to put on the page. I'm hoping she gets the next chapter done soon, it's going to get good.

Dinky's boys must have had the flu the night before we picked them up, though they didn't show any signs of it when we brought them here. SHE and I both have a bad case of stomach flu today.

OH NO! I'm so sorry! I should never have sent them to your house!! Are you feeling better? The littlest one threw up twice yesterday, too, but otherwise seems fine... I'M SO SORRY!
