Beans, cooling from the roaster, give off about 700 chemical substances that make up the vaporizing aromas.
Roasting causes the coffee bean to swell about 60% larger.
Coffee is roasted at a temperature of 400 - 425 F.

Anyone heard of Chickory coffee? We drink a 1/2 chickory, 1/2 regular coffee mix. Mmmmmmm....... so good!

I choose to not drink coke except when I'm at my parents' place xD It made me realise how little energy I actually have xD I guess I'll just have to go to the Starbucks in stead
