No problem, no harm is done since they're delivered locally and you're limited to 10MB storage in the Webmail thingy (plus 50 MB in your POP3 box)

All three yes and i would if i have some.
At school we have a rule to only check ur emails during class...when no class the copmuter labs are mostly full.
