Oldwrench, sitting in a pile of circuit boards and chips with his survival tool and a can of Raid........ I know there's a bug in here somewhere. I'll get him............ Picks up BFH.......... I'll either fix it, or I'll fix it so nobody else can.

I think I have everything under control now. At least the stuff that's meant to be controlled by me. Olray said he'll kill me if I touch the kernel again and the ISP kills me if we have 1200 CD downloads within three days again.

I have to raise the question again. Anyone with email problems?

Anyone been using the "Notify me when a reply is posted" checkbox and not receiving their notification emails?

I already have Testuser, Testuser2, and Testuser3. Someone else check that I'm running out of email addresses.

Hmm, no, I don't use that feature, but I'll activate it for this thread, so post again and we'll see.

There always are problems with AOL users. I think I found the culprit:

Although the email is sent with header "From: sakura@allanime.org" the envelope (which is used by the mailserver to deliver the email, then discarded) always is "admin@localhost". I have added a configuration that now uses noreply@allanime.org and hope it'll work now.

Received the notification, though it was before you did the change (says mail@localhost on the return path).

EDIT: Kept reading the header and there are TWO Return-Path items, one with mail@localhost and the other one with noreply@allanime.org. I'm attaching the e-mail so you can take a look at it yourself. Let me know if I can do anything else.

EDIT2: "The extension txt is not allowed." :hmm: well, let's make it an image, then. :p

The mail@localhost is the return-path set in the envelope which is stripped by the mail server after delivering the email inside. I have changed this (hopefully) to impurrrsonate a human account called "noreply@allanime.org" so it should say "noreply@allanime.org" everywhere now.
