Animals/Pets
Animals/Pets
Talk about your pet, or favorite animal or a pet you like to have. Or even Animal awareness or even just a good old fashion funny animal tale.
Well I have always been a dog person more. I have a pet dog name Muffin (bad bakery joke name, my mom is the bakery manager/cake decorator).
I always wanted a turtle for a pet, that would be so cool, or even a koala, that would be awesome.
Favorite animals are foxes, wolves, penguins, ducks, Siberian Husky and wallabies.
I still would totally like to go horseback riding!

I think the best pet I had has got to be my pet lobster, imported from Singapore where they apparently breed them to be smaller than normal. I named it Nebuchadnezzar (shortened to Neb of course) and I enjoyed it's company and occasional molting for 2 years before events happened that lead to an epic battle between it and an EVIL fish of mine, resulting in it's death.

Re: Animals/Pets
I had two Dobermanns back when I was 5. I used to give them food from my hand and mom would be scared all the time, thinking they may bite it off. They never did, though
I had to left them when I moved to Santa Marta, though.
After that I had a goldfish, it died but I can't remember why...
Then after that we (it was more my sister's than mine) had a french poodle but we had to gift her away because she was getting too agressive.
And last, I had this cute kitten my sis called "Miguel Antonio" (shortened to "Migue") but he got stolen... I think. I last saw him a month ago and he hasn't come back

So, Lone Star, now you see that evil will always triumph... because good is DUMB!
Re: Animals/Pets
At the moment, we have two cats and a dog. The oldest cat, a male named Prissy, has been with us for seven or eight years. He's a large tortoise-shell ADS, handsome as all get-out, and friendly with people, not with the other pets.
The dog is a Chollie named Marquis de Lafayette (Markie for short). We often refer to him as our "Kelso Dog"; good looking, but not a lot happening upstairs. We've had him for a couple years now. With the daughters moving out, we're in the process of transferring all of our parental instincts on to him.
The other cat, Izzy, we just got from our daughter, who didn't want her at her apartment anymore. She's been here for a couple weeks, and she and Marquis have taken to each other like butter to a duck. We were going to adopt another dog as a playmate for Fuzzybutt, but Izzy seems fill that role pretty well. She's fearless. She's mainly white with a fluffy black tail that looks like she's borrowed it from some other cat. Pray whoever it was never comes back for it.

Re: Animals/Pets
three cats, two himalayans one cream point one flame point
the cream point is named Cirrus cause he looks like a fluffy cirrus cloud
the flame point is named Punk cause well the name is self explanatory and his elevator doesn't go to the top floor.
then the third cat is mine. she's the oldest. we don't know what she is in terms of breed but she's so pretty!! she was adopted from the Dick Goddard news program when they used to show animals for adoption on Thursday nights. her name is Chirp because of how high pitched her meow is. it sounds like she's chirping, hence the name.
here's some pictures.
Cirrus
Chirp
Punk yeah I actually had to clean him up for that picture lousy as it is, see, we usually have to let him be. he doesn't like to be brushed and has a tendency to.... well, pee when he's unhappy. hence the ruined, once white carpet in our house.

Our cat, Lucy Fur, we found her as a tiny kitten, abandoned in our bushes. We had to bottle feed her for a while. She's a small cat, and usually hides away when any company comes around. She's almost 3 years old now, and has gotten really affectionate. She loves to climb on me and pur and fur me while I'm at the computer.
