What's Red Nose Day?
Is it anything like St. Patrick's Day, that we have tomorrow? Lots of people end up with red noses by late tonight because they are celebrating it today since tomorrow is a Sunday.

Cleaning up is what I have to do before SHE gets home and see's what I've been up too.

Haha, no, Red Nose Day is a day devoted to charity by the BBC. They broadcast for seven hours (usually starting at 7 pm UK time) and then celebrities do things they normally wouldn't to raise money for projects in Africa and the UK. It is a little depressing to see all those people in need, but the things the celebs do are really funny (most of the time) and they always raise lots! This time they had 75 million pounds at the end of the night (but more will be added later). That's a record! Last year they had 74 million pounds.
If you have the time, look up Simon Cowell's wedding. I am quite sure you'll be able to find it on Youtube or something. That was something they showed yesterday and it was very funny :) Though I'm not sure whether you're familliar with the celebs, it should still be amusing :'D

Yesterday was our girl Dinky's youngest boy's birthday. I forgot my camera, I hope Dinky posts a couple picts of the little guy, he's overly cute.......... and a little devil just like his mom was.

I was going to say pretty much any day you go outside in Minnesota from November to March, but i like Hiki's answer better.

Hahaha!

It looks like spring is finally here! At least in the west of the country! The sun is shining and everything, but I heard that it was snowing in the east the day before yesterday. I am glad to live in the west! xD
Only unfortunate thing is that I'll be going to the east later today... I just hope the snow's gone else the trains might stop working =_=..

It's definitely NOT spring in Fergus Falls Minnesota. -4 degrees F last night. Well, tomorrow I get to go back south...... a hundred miles anyway. I deliver the wife to her quilt retreat, then head back home, about 6 hours of driving in all.

My brother told me yesterday that someone from Desucon (an anime convention in Norway) asked whether I was interested in a stand there because this guy really liked my artwork  But yeah, because I'm pretty busy my brother said I couldn't this year xD So maybe I'll be going next year if I'm any less busy and not preparing for other things :'D And otherwise I could probably send my brother in my stead to sell my stuff :D

My son took me and his brother-in-laws to a Brazilian Steakhouse restaurant Monday night. It was quite an experience. They have a super quality salad bar, but you don't want to eat too much of that, it's just filler, the thing is the, more than one dozen, meat preparations. Beef, pork, lamb and chicken, done in various ways. They just keep bringing the stuff and you just keep choosing what you would like. Oh, they also have great garlic mashed potatoes, popovers and other things, but the main thing is all the wonderfully cooked types of meat. My son says it's a "guy" sort of place. Even Dinky's guy got filled up, and that's hard to do. For an old guy, I think I kept up fairly well with the boys.

Not a place for vegans.........
