Hiroki: Not that I know of.

* He answered while shrugging. So far Kaede didn't seem the delinquent everyone made her out to be. If anything, Lila seemed much more likely to be a delinquent than Kaede. *

Hiroki: Can I join you guys or is this a private party?

*Keon looked over the new arrival as he sat down. His name was Hiroki, that he'd heard, but knew little else other than his fighting ability. There was more that Keon could feel, Hiroki's cool exterior was a cover. Inside he was feeling down, he was searching for something...... purpose? Keon broke away, he shouldn't be prying into others. But how could he help it. Kaede was hoping for friends, but expecting rejection, why he couldn't understand. The other girls there were shallow, jealous of anyone taking Evangeline away from them. Evangeline, she was the only calm one there. She didn't crave attention, or fear rejection, she was simply enjoying the friendship of the moment. Yet, he could feel she had an excitement at meeting new people........ Keon held out his half full bento box to Hiroki.*

Keon: You shouldn't have thrown away your lunch. You're hungry, and you're going to regret it later. There's a lot more here than I can eat.

* Hiroki raised an eyebrow, wondering what he was on about. Almost immediately, though, he remembered the fight and the guy he had been dodging the monsters attacks, getting a general idea now of how he had done so. He sat next to Keon, taking a look at his bento. He hesitated for a moment, before mentally slapping himself. *

Hiroki: Well, don't mind if I do.

* He said while quickly taking a bite. He looked up at Kaede and Evangeline, talking after swallowing. *

Hiroki: Come on, girls, sit down.

[Hiki]

*Evangeline turned to her friends.*

Evangeline: Don't be so childish, guys. It's only normal to be nervous on your first day.

*Then she turned to Keon with a smile.*

Evangeline: Thank you for coming.

*She watched the interaction between the others and when Hiroki told them to sit down she shook her head.*

Evangeline: Sorry, I have to go to the bathroom. But I'll join you in a sec~!

*With that she skipped off.*

[Raine]

*Kaede shot a sad look thinking she may be leaving because of her,but the cool down when she realise she was coming back,she sat next to Hiroki,nervous as to what she should say.Its been a long time since she ate with anyone at school.Taking out her bento she look at the guys and tried to smile*

Kaede:Um would you like some?

Hiroki: Would be a fool if i passed that offer.

* He replied, quickly getting into the mood. He took a bite from her bento, munching happily. *

Hiroki: Hmm, this is pretty good! Thanks for lunch, guys, I'll make it up to you later.

[oldwrench]

*Keon thought it would be polite to accept Kaede's offer, so he took a small portion.*

Keon: Thank you, this is very good. *Keon still couldn't believe it though. Someone actually offering to share lunch with him. Maybe this could work out, a new beginning..... As long as he could keep his hat on, they might just..... Keon jerked in surprise, he'd caught the thought too late and the hand landed on his hat. He almost dropped his food to grab his hat, but then stopped, he didn't see any malice in the persons thoughts.*

Toru: Hey, Keon, I see you've found yourself some friends. *Toru took his hand off Keon's head and looked around.* You guys really put on a show in the arena. You must have better reflexes than a necko to dodge like that. That knife display was really cool, it must be fun to be able to do that. *He smiled at Kaede.* Ice, wow, I didn't think anyone on earth could control it like you did. Maybe we should call you the ice queen. *Toru laughed at her expression.* And I don't mean that in a bad way. I'm going to see if I can join your group next time, it looks like a lot of fun.

Hiroki: Pretty cool, but it's the only thing I can really do.

* He lied. Not wanting to sell himself short, though, he added what everyone else should have noticed as well by now. *

Hiroki: That and I have studied the monsters on my time off, so I know a thing or two about them most don't. Oh, and I'm good with sciences.

* He said the last part proudly, smiling amply. He had been home-schooled so far, but he had had access to a really big library, and he liked reading when he wasn't practicing martial arts. As he thought about this, something in the distance, by the main building, caught his attention. He saw Lila staring at them for a moment before heading towards them, so he decided he should try to keep her away from Kaede, at least to avoid a confrontation. He jumped up, excusing himself, and hurried to intercept Lila. *

Hiroki: Well hello there, Sheik-san. How are you this beautiful morning?

* Lila was caught off guard by Hiroki's overly formal greeting. In a moment, though, she stood with her arms on her waist. *

Lila: What are you doing hanging around with that delinquent, Satou-san?

Hiroki: Well, I would like to point out that I have no idea why you call her a delinquent, but I'm more interested in knowing why you want us to stay away from her. It's not like we can't take care of ourselves...

Lila: Is that so?

* Lila crossed her arms and stared him down, as if looking down on him. Hiroki simply tilted his head, not letting it get to him. *

Lila: We'll see about that...

* She said before turning around and stomping away, leaving Hiroki to wonder how he should take what clearly seemed a threat. He shrugged and walked back to the tree, scratching his head. *

Hiroki: And back. Sorry about that.

[Raine]

Kaede:I don- *kaede stop herself from saying more than she should,her ability is somewhat weird and its best to keep it to herself...today she made a reckless move and actually use her powers...she somehow ended up protecting keone and the others*

kaede:Aether.....why was it calling me that?

*Kaede was lost in thought forgetting everyone while she reminisces the battle earlier,when she saw hiroki intercepting lila and lila shoting her a deadly glare she sigh*

Kaede:Sorry Hiroki,

*Evangeline soon returned, after nearly walking into an angry Lila, and sat down not too far from her friends, but closer to Kaede, Keon and Hiroki (and Toru). Jennifer, one of Evangeline's friends, left the group and sat down next to her. Evangeline knew Jennifer was not one to judge others, but not one to trust others either. And since she and Evangeline were best friends, Jennifer wasn't planning on leaving her alone with the new students and Kaede just yet.
Evangeline turned to the new students.*

Evangeline: So, did I miss anything? Are you enjoying your first day here?
