The sad thing is that I am terrible with names so I don't know the names of most of them, but I do know who most of them are and what series they are from.

Starting from the top moving left to right.

2. Not totally sure, but I believe Mimi from RIN - Daughters of Mnemosyne
3. *on helmet - Not sure.
4. Not sure.

I cheated by using ANN to get the names. I already new the charactures and series, but not their names.
Also for #8 I don't believe that is Hoi Hoi any more, because all the charactures on this page were voiced by Rie KUGIMIYA and Hoi Hoi did not have a voice.
