I think we've all forgotten our original intent of taking over the universe (after all- what would be the fun of stopping at just Earth?).
May I suggest that we take over the TV networks, hypnotize everyone, and force them to do aerobic excersizes until the entire population is too tired and sore to resist our takeover? It sounds much more efficient than starting small.
And just think- with the entire universe at her command, Sakura may actually get her fill of catnip and lacey bows!

Brilliant idea!! We could do it the same way they do in Kappa Mikey!! (Which they started to air on TMF ("The Music Factory" - some music channel (obviously)) and always starts just as I wake up (if I'm lucky to sleep that long) 8D I am very happy with their programme because they air "TMF Toons" when there are no fun toons on the actual toon channels-- *shuts up now*)
Guado (though I'm not sure whether you write his name that way) sends messages that manipulates/hypnotises people through the tv as well 8D

Yay this will also solve the overpopulation problem, especially in the US where 33% of ultra-fat people will die instantly from the first exercise. McD is DEADLY!
