*Mike sat on the exam table in the infirmary, embarrassed, stripped down to his boxer shorts. He tried to tell them he would be just fine, but Kelly had insisted on the doctor examining him.*

Mike: I'm sorry Kelly, I don't know what i was thinking. I don't know why I couldn't control myself. I shouldn't have said what I did.

Kelly: We all hurt when someone we know dies, Mike. Most of us have experience with it. We grow up with families with elder members who pass on. You haven't had a chance to experience that. You needed to let it all out, to work it off. Hideki did too. He hides it, but even though he blames his family, his mother, he is still hurting over her death. I'm just glad you didn't kill each other.

Mike: Ya..... That armor is something else.

Kelly, So are you. *Kelly walked up to Mike, and lifted the amulet that was lying against his chest.* Hmm, so this is what glows when you fight. *She examined the round medal, the strange rune's around it, and the hammer and lightning bolt in the center.*

Mike: Glows?? I didn't know it did that.

Kelly: You're to busy fighting to notice. It's heavy, like it's gold. Where did you get it?

Mike: Ah..... you wouldn't believe me.

Kelly: try me.

Mike: A guy that said he was my dad gave it to me. When I was in the hospital, just before the dance, he came in right through the wall, like right out of the stars, I thought I was dreaming.......... I knew you wouldn't believe me.

Kelly: No, it's interesting. Tell me everything you remember.

Mike sighs: Alright, you asked for it. *Mike recounted the whole tale, with a description of his father.*


*Kelly listened, growing more fascinated by the minute. If she hadn't read Mike's files, hadn't seen him fighting. If she hadn't seen the glow of the amulet, she would have thought Mike was spinning a wild fairy tail. Kelly knew the legends of the Norse mythology.*

Kelly: Good lord, I thought that they were just stories, legends......... But often mythology has some basis in fact. But Thor is his father?? No one is going to believe that. Should I tell him? I'll have to think about it. Well, Mike, you know you were found out in space. We don't know what powerful races might be among the stars. You could be from one of those races.

Mike: But then, why am I here and not with them?

Kelly: Who knows...... maybe it's just your destiny, maybe you're here to learn about us. *Kelly laughed* Maybe you're an alien invasion.

Mike: That's not funny.

* Loud banging noises could be heard from the fitting room as Samuel tried to release Hideki from the armor by mere brute force. The armorer looked over the parts of the armor scattered around. He picked up the helmet and looked at Samuel. *

Armorer: The helmet is completely destroyed, the breastplate is a heap of scrap, the gauntlets and right arm are going to need a complete overhaul and... good God, how did you even manage to freaking CRACK THE BOOTS!?

Samuel: Dr. Freeman's words, "train him hard, don't mind the costs."

Armorer: Do you have any idea how much this armor costs!? Here's a hint: 6 million US dollars!

Samuel: You're not listening to me, "don't mind the costs."

* The armorer threw what was left of the helmet's computer at a locker and left fuming at the ears. After a few seconds of surprise, Samuel and Hideki broke off laughing. *

Samuel: You'll have to excuse the guy, he treats all weapons here like his babies. He's SO not going to be happy once he sees Hangar 18.

* Just as Samuel finished the sentence, a long series of swear words could be hear coming from down the hall. *

*Mike got off the table to get dressed, Kelly had brought his cloths. Now that the fight ended, he hurt all over. Mike hoped the Armor had protected Hideki from hurting like this, at least Mike knew he would feel fine by morning.*

Mike: I think I better go apologize to Hideki, I said some bad things, I didn't really mean it.

*Kelly was always amazed how me got over their grudges so quickly.*

Kelly: I'm sure he feels the same way. In a way, you were right though. I was worried about Hideki, I probably rushed into things too much. The Spartan project has been very important to us, and Hideki....... well, he's the first true spartan. And, well, he's my friend.

Mike: I guess I understand. I suppose the recon wouldn't have let us know about the cyborgs or the nuke. It might not have made a difference.

*As they approached the armory, they heard loud swearing down the hall. "WHAT THE F*** WAS HE DOING IN HERE????"
Kelly nearly fell over laughing.*

[Raine]

*Rina pull back,Giggling a bit looking at sei's face she could tell he was surprise and dint know what to do she stood up looking up at the sky as the wind blew her hair*

Rina:So sei...what are you doing up here?shouldn't you be in classes...i doubt my parents would want to hear that your skipping lessons so soon...

*Seiryu face flushed from Rina's hug, but when she stood up he noticed that she looked a bit better.*

Seiryu: I'm not in class because nobody else is. Well, some people are but you and all the people you've introduced me to aren't. It made me worried so I came up here to relax. Whenever I used to get upset I would find a secluded place to sit and watch the clouds go by until I felt better.

*A few minutes go by as they both sit there watching the clouds.*

Seiryu: So do you want to tell me what's bothering you?

((Remember that my character doesn't know anything about the characters. In an attempt to work this better I only know the story based on what's been given to me by Raine, Z2k, and Oldwrench.))

*Kelly and Mike walked into the armory. Mike walked up to Hideki, he was happy Hideki had the armor, at least he didn't look nearly as bad as Mike did.*

Mike: I'm really sorry, Hideki, I didn't mean that stuff I said. I guess I just kind of lost it........ And I'm really sorry about your mom, I should have thought about that.

*Mike picked up a piece of the broken armor.*

Mike: Geeze, Kelly.... Sorry about the armor, I hope it wasn't to expensive.

*This time Samuel almost fell over laughing.*

[Raine]

*Rina's sad smile came back,everyone is going separate waysshe sat beside sei,hugging her knees*

Rina:..well,I turn into something that hurt my friends...and i think they are afraid of me...probably not...but aki isnt here...kimara is acting weird around me,daiki also,MIke...mike blames him for shouko's death and he just only knew shouko for a day,his not even regarding other people's feelings and hi-hideki is a tsuchimi like you and...and...and it's his mother that locked us in lab....

*she covered her face on her knees*

Rina:But don't blame him...his a kind..gentle,and sweet guy..and losing his mother,must have hurt him a lot

*Rina didn't realize she was talking about everything*

* Hideki laughed alongside Samuel. His ribcage hurt when he laughed but the look on Kelly's face as Michael asked the question was simply priceless. he finally managed to catch his breath and looked at Michael. *

Hideki: It's okay, man, I'm sorry too. I said some pretty harsh things as well.

* Hideki sighed, remembering his mother. He looked down for a few seconds, then looked up again. *

Hideki: Well, I guess that's all the training for today?

Samuel: Yeah, you two better get out of here before the armorer comes back.

Hideki: I need to stop by Kunikida's place so...

Kelly: I'll give you a ride. Do you want to go anywhere specific, captain?

[Raine]

Rina:how long have we been up here?*she look down seeing students walking out of the gates*Oh my,school is finish...

*SHe rested her hand on her chest,remembering hideki and she here,this is where they shared a real kiss,their second kiss,this is where it started the feeling of seeing him,talking to him,she sigh now it's pain,i'll honor shouko's memory*
