*Aki snapped her gaze to Michael when he spoke, she hadn't even sensed his presence. She wondered if she could betray her friends. When she stared into blue eyes she arrived at an answer. She had to betray someone and it wouldn't be her friends. She couldn't betray these people who had accepted her without qualms about her appearance. It wasn't the easy way out but it was the right thing. She wiped away the tears and tried a smile, she failed at the latter. Still she knew what she was going to do was right and without thinking she spoke.*

Aki: Can I have a hug, Michael-kun?

[Zeratul2k]

* Hideki didn't expect Rina running into him and fell on his back. He looked up and saw Rina looking at him with watery eyes. *

Hideki: Hey, wha... you should be resting, Rina.

* He tried to help her up but she was too weak so he helped her sit instead. He sat next to her, close enough for her arms just to touch. *

Hideki: ... what are you thinking, Rina? What's going through your mind right now?

[Raine]

Rina:please forgive me!!!i didn't im so sorry*she cried as she hug him*

*Ryu was looking at her daughter crying it hurt him so much to see her cry,Rina wasnt the type to cry in front of someone....she never criedd infront of him and kisane...it suprise him to see her cry....Ryu walk pass them*

Ryu:Kid make sure my daughter gets home safely,i'll tell kisane to ready an extra plate...*he look at hideki and smile before walking off.*as long as this kid is with Rina i shouldn't worry....

shin:however you still hate him

Ryu:go away!!and where the hell did you come from...

Shin:From my office where else?

*the two started to fight like two little kids*

* Hideki was utterly confused and lost (for a change) but hugged Rina all the same. He ran his fingers through her hair, trying to calm her down. He ignored Shin and Ryu fighting behind them but after a while it annoyed him and he picked her up. *

Hideki: Come on, let's get you to the nurse office. You need to rest, Rina, like it or not.

* He placed her carefully on the bed again then sat next to the bed as he was before. *

Hideki: I guess I'll have to stay here to make sure you rest, eh?

[oldwrench]

*Mike couldn't resist, he swept the little girl up in his strong arms and held her close. He knew she would always be his friend, no matter what troubles came, the small Kitsune, with the strong magic, would stay by her friends.*

Mike: Aki, there's so much I need to learn...... so much I want to do. I never had the chance before............ please help me understand.

*Mike did feel confused with all the things happening. Life wasn't at all like the animes that he had watched. School was very different than the movies. Mike knew there was friction between the races, but never imagined it to be this bad, he hadn't imagined that war was even possible. Wasn't war fought by the militaries? Mike needed a guide.*

[Raine]

Rina:when sempai is near me...i-i feel safe....om sorry....i wish that i could....return your feelings...

*Rina fell asleep,*

Nurse:aww she looks like a sleeping beauty....isnt she pretty?are you her boyfriend...look at her long hair...ara?i thought she had her hair pin...she had a lovely dolphin pin....oh dear i gotta see the other patients....

*Aki wallowed in the warmth Michael was exuding. She felt herself snuggle closer to him, then she closed her eyes. She was listening to him, he need her help. She could help, she knew somehow she could.*

Aki, softly: I'll help...I'll do everything I can to help you...

*Someplace where the school's roof could be seen a Kitsune demon scowled. This was not how he planned it. Aki was supposed to have said yes to his proposition, then he should have whisked her away and placed her under his protection. She was not supposed to have run away. She was NOT supposed to be hugging some big oaf. He ran his clawed hand through black locks, trying to think of a plan. Aki wasn't always as sure as she would think she was. If he could just show her something she should doubt then maybe she would go with him.*

[Zeratul2k]

* Hideki went quickly to look for the pin and found it near where she had bumped into him before. He picked up and as he was about to go back, Minoru got on his way. *

Minoru: Heard you fought dad.

Hideki: Aren't you supposed to be giving class?

Minoru: Left the class doing some exercises. Anyway, what are you doing? Do you really intend to make dad angry at you?

Hideki: Well, i'm angry at him, he deserved that and more.

* Minoru sighed as Hideki walked past him. Before he could go into the nurse office again, though, he talked again. *

Minoru: I'll pack your clothe's and send them to Chisato. I think you should stay away for a while.

Hideki: ... thanks...

* Hideki walked into the nurse's office and sat next to Rina's bed, placing her pin on a small next to him. He looked at her sleep, thinking about how everything seemed to just go from bad to worse every second. *

[Raine]

???:why would you go so far for riri-chan's sake...

*shouko had enter the room looking at hideki*

shouko:why...would you go so far when she reject you?

* Hideki didn't look at Shouko. Somehow he had known she was there, kind of a gut feeling he was being watched. *

Hideki: I don't know... i have never agreed with my family's way of treating other races but... up until know I just thought it wasn't my problem, so I just ignored it... but Rina... being with Rina... talking with her I realized that everything will stay the same if we don't make it change... I realized how foolish and prejudiced everyone is... I realized the best I can do is pound some sense into fools who don't know any better.

* hideki laughed softly at this last bit, clearly meaning it as a joke. *

Hideki: To tell you the truth, I just like her that much, even if she doesn't feels the same for me...
