I bought another stunning anime. It's by the excellent director Makoto Shinkai who also diid Voices of a Distant Star and 5 Centimeters Per Second.

Your Name: This is an excellent and innovative story. Every time I thought I knew what was coming next, the story threw a curve, a plot twist.
Mitsuha and Taki are complete strangers, living separate lives until they suddenly switch places. Mitsua wakes up in Taki's body and he in hers. This happens randomly, and when they switch back, they have no recollection of the time in the other's body. They come to realize what is happening and adjust to each others lives by leaving notes for each other. Somehow it works out. They build a connection and in time each decides to try to find the other, but it isn't easy since they have little to go on to search for each other. But that isn't the only problem, something else, stronger than distance may keep them forever apart....... or will it?
I thought it was another body switch story....... but that is only the opening of the story.
Shinkai's animation is beautiful and rich, The sub and dub are both high class. The story will keep you engrossed with great characters and good humor, and plot twists that will keep you wondering where you are going next. This is a must see.

107 minutes, DVD and Blue Ray, 16:9 aspect and dolby 5.1 sound. Winner of several awards, this is worth every bit I paid for it.

All happens in Japan, sorry, no passports to read names, and they didn't remember what had happened. Their memory of the day fades like a dream. You really should see this one Sakura, I think you would like it.

They should start a "dream diary" and note the things they remember immediately after getting up. :swt: I had to do that for several weeks.

Due to my studies and the few friends I have left there is not much time I could use to watch Anime. I have series on my hard disk that rest there and wait for more than 10 years :ho:

Max of the "2 Broke Girl's" show? She's cool and she likes cats :thumb:

I got 'Your Name' now I just have to find the time to watch it. Holy kitten, they already offer series in "FULL HD" for download. It takes forever to download 1.5 GB of anime at a speed of 70kb per second!

That is terribly slow download. I can see it taking an infinite time.

No, I mean Maximum Cat. He likes to jump up and lay all over me, mostly if I am trying to read paper or use computer.

Max and Molly, I think they are outgrowing their kitten basket.

Cartoon Network is coming with a new season of FLCL (Fooly Cooly). It should be interesting to see what the people have come up with. Can they recreate the controlled insanity of the original. I believe it starts June second or there about.
