I think that and Yahoo bot is just adding the site to the search database.

Yeah Gpa is right, but the thing is I hear they eat up a lot the sites space tho, or something like that.

Don't think so. At most they should do (and consume in proccesing power) what a normal user does. I went and did a google search for "All Anime World", the main page is, of course, on first place and this forum is 5th place.

Bots never accept cookies. On old boards whenever google crawled the site it counted for dozens of guests when it was only a single bot. So the designers of phpBB3 came up with that solution, namely make all bots a user.
What do you call a dinosaur with an extended vocabulary? A thesaurus.
