Saving postage

Post by Sakura » January 1st, 2009, 7:54 pm

Every second year there is a winner of the DVD from the Cutest Anime Girl contest who registered using a "throwaway" hotmail email address and never answers my email.

As you know email is unsecure by design and sender address can very easily be forged so I usually do the following: First ask the winner for his address, when receiving the address I'm replying with a quote and ask them to confirm the address. If I wouldn't do that everybody who knows the winners email addy would be able to send me any address and thus make me send them the DVD.

Well, no address no DVD.

Hmmm...

A-G-I-T-O
H-A-S-E-O

At least the last letter is matching, giving you a whopping 20% match. I'll give 5% bonus because your Agito has the A from hAseo in it this makes you 25% eligible to receive the CD. Now where is my cutting knife? *cuts 1/4 of the anime dvd* Where do I send it now? :meh:

Who trusts a cat at all?

They lie there peacefully, you pet them and suddenly find yourself with some insane hissing fur-ball and only 9 fingers left.

I agree completly. I once turned my back on a cat I was taking care of and he lundged and bit me in the back of the leg.
