i think excel saga is hilarious if you can stand the randomness..... course we have A (bertrand) for the randomness around here...

Excel Saga is one of my favorite anime of all time, specially because:
1- I have a friend that's the "live action" version of Hyatt-kun
2- Said friend has a dog that looks a lot like Menchi
3- The anime is just plain funny.
