And I also wonder why the male anime fans are overweight :pif:
That would be something very interesting to research, I'd love to find the reasoning behind it because it is (in most cases) very true. Now I feel like asking a random series of questions to every anime fan that I know in order to find out the patterns in their lives. :gg:

My body is perfect (male as well as athletic), and I like anime. So much for that. :meh:

That one time I was at an anime convention most people were standard sized, the girl we had with us was overweight, all our boys were less than overweight. I bet it doesn't matter if someone likes anime or not, that shouldn't affect their weight (i.e. same percentage or even more of overweight people in a country's population compared to an anime population).

My doc is very pleased because I keep my 95 pounds of weight. Well I'm drinking one or two glasses of water whenever visiting her. I feel good. I could also imagine not wearing high heels when measuring my shortness. :pif:

My guess is that female anime fans tend to imitate the behavior of anime characters which is that of seriously (better: critically) underweight people. There again we have the problem of keeping fiction and fantasy apart. Ok now I need to walk my 10 meter tall Ninja Destruction Robot, see you later :ho:

after which they get really fat before going back to normal a few seconds later. :gg: This leads me to believe that most anime characters have extremely high metabolisms.
