I tried banning the account that posted the PM. I hope that ends it.

I've been doing pretty well for an antique. Still driving a handicap lift equipped van for the local bus company. Went on a tour to Japan last fall and to New Zealand last spring, it was lots of fun.

Hi there Kyomi. I hope you enjoy the site. There aren't a lot of people left here, but I have some fun posting pictures and trying to finish the story, 5 minutes reloaded.
If you have some time, check out the stories section of the main site. The story, A Mystic Moon Vacation, is especially good. It's a fan fiction based on characters from the anime Escaflone. There are other good stories there too.

Could you tell us a bit about yourself, hobbies, favorite animes, favorite movies and music.

post when you can, and bring your friends.

His pictures are a must-have. Some time ago I came up with a gallery and he whipped out a few terabyte(!) of doujinshi from the depth of his hard disk. He's a constant source for cat girl pictures

A very nice avatar you have there. What's her name?

Ah, yes. I enjoy making origami and I love to play the Piano. Yeah also, I am not really 'comfortable' with people who say anime is cartoon, anime is for kids, anime is... I shouldn't say much. I love anime, I like anime and I literally breath anime! :swt: :omg:

Actually, the first time I saw anime was when my son brought Ninja Scroll home from college. He told me I had to see this, I said what, Japanese cartoons. After the first five minutes of the anime, I concluded this was NOT kids cartoons. I really got into watching anime, I always was a scifi reader and anime has many good scifi series. Cowboy Bumblebee, Trigun, Last Exile, are a few good ones. I like psyco thrillers too like Boogipop Phantom and Paranoia Agent. "Feel good" animes are very good, I really like Haibane Renmei and Chance Pop Session. There are so many good anime it's hard to remember them. If you like comedy, try Azumanga Diaoh, or Tokyo Godfathers. If you are looking for anime bargains, Check out rightstuf.com they have good prices and often have sales with really great prices. I bought one of the really excellent comedy series, Wallflower, for $10. There 12 days of Christmas sales are often amazing.

I have a pretty good collection of several hundred dvd's of anime, but can't come near what my son has. He has collected over 6500 dvd's of anime. Pretty much everything that has been licensed for sale in the USA.

Let us know what Anime are your favorites, What are you watching right now?
