How cold are we talking about?

It's not a series. It's just a short story just at about 3,000 words right now. I really want to flesh it out a bit more before posting it here and having some help from you guys. Believe me, I will be posting it, but only after I get past draft zero and into something that isn't a train wreck.

Isn't that the truth... I've been so busy with school that I've had problems sticking to my day to day writing. I've read that in order to continue improving as a writer you need to write every day, the average being two hours. Others set a certain number of words. I forget who it is but one author ...
