@Sakura: Since cats would be considered fanservice for you, doesn't that mean we would get an infinate loop of cats?

Well I have an phone made by a company which resides in "1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino". Purrhaps you have to pick up the cats there...?

Hey Z2K, what other languges are you good with. The lack of frame rate is really bothering me. It doesn't really matter for the "dateing sim type" portion of the game. But when we need animation for the monster battle portion it would look really choppy. I am thinking about rewritting the engin in C++ to speed up the graphics.

I'm good at Java and C++, but I do think you should look into using a framework, whatever language you end up choosing. Doing everything from scratch seem like overkill to me.

Well the dialog box is coming along slowly, but I just got two rough drafts back from the artist for backgrounds for in the store scenes. Which do you like better?

I like both :D I like the curtains in the first one, but the boards are better in the second one, imo :3 I have to agree with gpa that the second one is a bit easier on the eyes because there's less lines..

Alright, I will go ahead and have the artist use the second design for our first background.
And no Sakura, there is no catnip in the case. Do you really think a catgirl would leave that out for anyone to buy. She hoards a stash of it in the back room.
