I recently got into 'Being Human', the UK version. It's interesting, although I wish there was less emphasis on the vampire part. Personally, I find the ghost and the werewolf's lives more interesting.

I'm watching Planet Earth (from the BBC) with my dad and brother (my brother got it for my dad as a Christmas gift I think xD). It's really pretty but also slightly scary when they have a close-up of a bug. I can't wait til it's time to watch the bonus disc about cats :D But that's like disc 6 or 7 or something and we've only just started watching disc 2... :(

I have heard nothing but great things about the series "Planet Earth". I wanted to get it in Blu-ray and watch it, but the set was ~$200. Someday i want to watch it.

Purrhaps it's a limited collector's edition with hand crafted models ?

That was when it first came out. I am sure it is much cheaper now.
