Description: long and VERY light blue hair (almost white) would be rather good looking if not for the bruises and scars left from years of torture.
Bio: Very little is known of Sei Tsuchimi except he is a well kept secret of the Tsuchimi family. Very few know about him and of those who do, no one knows where he came from. He suddenly showed up at Dr. Hasley's research facility around 2 years ago and since that date he has been kept under constant surveillance's in the deepest depths of the facility. No one knows what goes on behind those locked doors, but from the screams heard late into the night, no one wants to know.
