*Shi's mind starts to reel and her nerves twitch involuntarily. Her whole body spasms quietly and she begins to shiver though she is not cold. Her breath comes short and quick as a lump swells in her throat. She hears him speak her name and she reacts almost violently in her haste to shut everything out. She hugs her self tightly and turns her back to Yagami. Her frame continues to shiver as she fights for control of her emotions*

* Shouhei breaths deeply, then looks at Miyu. *

Shouhei: Say, Miyu, I've been meaning to ask you something since a while now...

* Shouhei was really nervous, his heart was beating fast but he closed is eyes and pictured himself racing. That calmed him down a little. He looked at Miyu again and said the words once and again on his mind so they would come out alright. *

Shouhei: Would you... would you be my girlfriend?

Miyu:Baka....you know the answer..*she grabs his hand looking at him in his eyes*of course i will...

*A group of people entered the restaurant walking to miyu,she raise her head and remove her hands*

Miyu*her face became serious looking at the group*:what??

*The group of men smile down at her*

mAN1:she told us to come...just one race Miyu-chan with the boss new racer...

Miyu:No!!

Man1:she said you would say that...*the man threw a photo infront of miyu,her eyes widened she slam her hand on the table glaring at the man*

Miyu:she's not SERIOUS!!WHEN?WHERE AND WHO?

*A sweat slide down on the guy's cheek,he too see to be afraid of miyu's anger*

Man1:lets head outside....so we wont have so much commotion

*the group went outside,miyu looks at shouhei and made an apologetic look*

Miyu:sorry i have to go...
*she followed the group outside*

*They stop infront of the group of men*

Miyu:If i do this race...i'll get him back right??

Man:of course...but the boss wishes for you to win not lose just keep that in mind..let me introduce you to Takuma sato

*A red haired boy same age as them,leaning on his bike examin Miyu from up to down,he smirk*

sato:IM to race her...a girl...is the boss insane

Miyu:Im to race a flaming head guy....

sato*twiches*:If i win can i get a date....you've got fire in you to talk to me like that...

Miyu*looks at the man*:I dont have a bike...

???:dONT be sure about that Miyu...*Miyu turn to see a large lorry,kishou smirking,the two got off the lorry and opened the back door*

*Miyu walks to them putting the helmet*

* Shouhei recognizes the boy. He used to race in MotoGP but was retired after he caused a big crash. Shouhei followed Miyu and whispered to her. *

Shouhei: Miyu, that guy is dangerous. I know I can't stop you from racing and I won't try it, but just try to stay out of his reach. I'll call Kaede and ask her to investigate this, see if I can do something in the meantime...

Miyu:i know...looking at his bike is enough for me to understand how he rides it...shouhei dont do anything to put jin life in danger please...*she kisses him softly on the lips*and dont worry i'll be fine...

*she went into the lorry and got on her bike,her bike roar as she started the engine and moves to stop her bike next to the red head*

Miyu:so where is the finish line?

Man:we will be waiting at the univesity gate...

Aki:But Miyu there's a lot of poli-

*Yagami calms his nerves though his voice remains dry and rough*

Yagami: Shi listen… about earlier… my actions…

*His jaws clench as he walks over to her. He stops right behind her, his breath tickling her neck. He doesn’t reach for her just yet*

Yagami: I’m sorry, Shi. I don’t know what kind of man you think I am… I never should have touched you like that, it was wrong…

*His face skews and he tells himself he is lying*

Yagami: Shi listen to me. I’m done fighting with you. If you leave…

*His voice falters slightly*

Yagami: If you leave, then please don’t look back.

*Yagami finally reaches out and touches her shoulder. He can feel her shivering underneath his touch and is concerned*

Yagami: Shi?
