Actually, camel tastes like beef, just a bit drier. Emu is sort of similar too, a bit different texture than beef but about the same flavor, same with Ostrich.
Hiki, the bottom picture reminds me of stuffed hotdogs. Split open a hotdog, put some mustard in it, fill it with mashed potatoes and top with cheddar cheese. Put it under the oven broiler till the cheese is browned........ Mmmmmm good.
